Welcome to our blog, ColourLuxury.com! We are Jennifer and Kristen, two sisters who love everything design. We decided to create this blog to share our passion for home decor and fashion; from linens and textiles, to modern furniture, to beautiful clothing, to amazing vintage items. We want you to find or divulge in your own unique styles, and use our posts to help you create a beautiful life where you will always feel fabulous!

Meet Jennifer Beinke -

Jennifer graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Journalism and Writing. She began her career as a writer for two different television news stations; one in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the other in Santa Barbara, California.

She followed her dream of designing her own products and now owns a pet product design company, Kiss My Mutt, and designs and manufactures eco-friendly dog beds, collars, leashes, clothing, bandanas, and more. Her products have been seen in British Vogue, OK! Magazine, Modern Dog, Dog Fancy Magazine and many other publications to date, and are sold in boutiques worldwide and online at www.KissMyMutt.com.

Meet Kristen Beinke -Ducusin -

Kristen has her Masters degree in Photography and Advertising from Brooks Institute of Photography.
She began her career working at Surface Magazine in the San Francisco Bay Area and also worked for Jay Silverman Productions in Los Angeles, California.

She is now the owner of Kristen Beinke Photography, and shoots weddings, events, portraits, and magazine spreads. She recently opened up a design studio in Santa Barbara, California with some great people. Her photos have been featured in numerous local and national publications including, Santa Barbara Magazine, 805, Santa Barbara Visitors Guide, Santa Monica Visitors Guide, and OK! Magazine.
