Feeling Lucky

November 8, 2010

It’s Monday morning and I woke up feeling lucky so I began looking for images to represent my feel good mood. Even though it’s the beginning of the work week we can all enjoy a few images that can get our imaginations moving to all things pretty. If I didn’t have to work all day, this would be my very short to do list for the entire day; 1. Ride my bike to the farmer’s market and pick up some fabulous fresh food, 2. Pick up some wild flowers on my glorious bike ride. Short but sweet! Have a great day!

Pretty in Pink

August 18, 2010

Thinking pretty in pink! There is something so charming and whimsical about the colour pink. With thoughts of florals and cotton candy, pink is my go to colour when I think glitz, glam, and anything girly. Invite your friends over a for tea party this weekend, pick out whimsical pink pieces from your favorite vintage store, and rekindle that girly love!

High Tea for Alice

I want these suitcases. How chic and lovely! When I travel I don’t necessarily think to wear pink, so accessorizing my luggage and shoes when traveling will still give me that girly glam look. Of course, this luggage would look fabulous in any vacation rental, wherever that may be! We could even see these as props in Kristen’s studio or in my office. Wishing these were actually for sale! I’m heading out on a treasure hunt for cute pink luggage now!

Simple Tess

Wondering where these photos were shot? Beautiful pastels! Very inviting and romantic!

PJ Taylor

Reminds me of a childhood dream. I want to find this amusement park and enjoy this neat roller coaster!

Caroline Caver

Love little ceramic sculptures like this balloon factory. What a fun and quirky gift for you or your friend! This Etsy shop is so original and so unique! I love everything they have to offer. Perfect art that will definitely be a conversation starter. LOVE!

Water Colours. Blue. Green. Grey.

August 5, 2010

Water Colours remind me of warm summer days at the lake, shades of blue at the swimming pool, and wonderful memories at the beach. The array of blues, greens and greys are so soothing that I couldn’t help but share some of these amazing images with you. They have inspired me to use water colours in my own space, and I am hoping they will inspire you too.
